Rico has gone above and beyond to find me the perfect house!!!! I started my search in October 2011 and finally closed in May 2012. We must’ve looked at about 30 houses and submitted 10 different offers before finally getting the perfect house (It wasn’t Rico’s fault it took so long. There were actually numerous factors: seller, personal, housing market, other buyers, etc). Rico was more than patient throughout this period. And when we were ready to close, there was some issues with the seller. Rico sacrificed a good portion of his commission to close the deal (who does that now a days?!)!!!
In addition, Rico provided vital advices throughout the process. He is more than knowledgeable about the housing market and process of buying a house. And in most cases, realtors are afraid to “ruin their reputation” by submitting low offers on behalf of the buyers; however, Rico was willing to submit the offer I’m comfortable with even if it seems low. He is always prompt with returning my calls and emails and ready to provide information if needed. Also, he is always available whenever I want to view houses. He truly makes you feel as if you are his only client.
Overall, I was more than impressed and satisfied with the services I received from Rico. He pays attention to client’s preferences and feedbacks to find the right house. I will definitely recommend anyone I know that’s looking to purchase or sell a house to Rico! I also plan to use his services in the future!!!!

I had another agent and earlier experience with Ziprealty was not good at all. I made so many requests but without any property showing (not even personal response to our requests) until switching to Rico as our new agent. Rico is very professional agent in many aspects. What I have never failed to be impressed with Rico is how efficiently he works. Though he was busy serving many clients, he consistently addressed all my queries with amazingly prompt turnaround time. Rico is also technology savvy, which means a great deal to me. Imagine I had to deal with all faxed papers in lieu of e-delivered documents????I would??ve been worn out quickly before securing a property. Home purchasing is by nature stressful, and my experience is no exception. Working with Rico makes a difference, however.
