I've been in real estate since 1998 and received my broker's license in 2007. I take pride in making sure I represent my client's best interest and in helping them get what they want in a real estate transaction.

I specialize in assisting new and seasoned real estate buyers and sellers. I work with many investors acquire investment properties and managing them as a property manager (currently managing 63 units for them).

For Sellers - I don't just depend on passive marketing - like the internet, etc, though they are effective, but I believe they're not as effective as actually ACTIVELY & AGGRESSIVELY finding the right buyer for your home. More importantly, however, I believe that to have a smooth transaction it takes more than just marketing. Selling your home is a 3-pronged process: Marketing being just one. I can match and BEAT any marketing out there. Your home will be in 700 website around the world (you never know where a buyer is coming from) and your home will also appear in KCRA.COM - yes, the best local news channel in the area.

However, Strong negotiation is key, which is really important once we get into the inspections and repairs, etc. So, setting up the transaction for a successful negotiation is crucial for all parties. Lastly, having a good transaction process it very important. Knowing all of the paperwork, which starts with knowing the buyer's contracts, is paramount. Having a great transaction system is part of why I've been successful and my clients have been happy.

For Buyers - I believe in making sure you are aware of what is happening in the market. I believe if we all have the right expectations, then there will be less stress and we'll be more successful finding you the right home. I have an aggressive strategy for getting our offer accepted and it starts with having a great team - the right lender, inspectors, etc.
