Carroll is the best agent one could ask for. He is caring, patient, courteous, respectful, and friendly. He explained the whole buying process, things to look for in buying a home and things to think about while walking through a house. He took the time to help me find the right home for me. I couldn't ask for a better agent. He did more than expected. He was helpful when setting appointments and then when we finally made a deal he did a lot of extra. He kept on top of everything and always worked for our best interest. Even now when we are still waiting for the seller to move out and finalize the last few things he is still keeping on top of it when he doesn't even have to. I can't thank him enough for everything!
