First of all, my appreciation to Zip Realty for allowing me to use your website for years......until I decided, it's the right time to act.
What can I say about Kristi? She is the BEST!!! I am so pleased with her professionalism and negotiating skills and everything you wish for someone to assist and advise you in this very important decision in your life. It's like having a lawyer and a CPA on your side!
In my case, I am most appreciative of her, always finding the time to meet with her client, even at times, on very short notice. She is a profiler, once she knows you, she tries so hard to adapt to her clients work schedule. That meant a lot to me.
I would definitely recommend Kristi in a heartbeat, to any of my family or friends because I know they will be treated right. She truly cares.

Kristi is very knowledgeable of the local housing market. Kristi is a very reliable, dependable and timely agent. She was always on-time for appointment's with me. She was very knowledgeable of the configuration of home's and the material's used in creating the homes. She was the best we worked with by far! Always available, never missed a call, never showed us a bad house. She was honest with everything, she knew the pros and cons of each house she showed us. She worked long hours to work around our schedule. In the end we got our dream home, for way less then we thought, and we moved in right away. In the whole process it only took a few months from first looking at houses to living in one! She surprised my husband and I at every turn. We tell everyone about our experience with her. If we ever have to go through buying or selling a house she will be the one we will go to!

Kristi was amazing!! Once she knew what we wanted, she set up viewings promptly and in the perfect price range. She never pushed us and always had answers.
