Sharon went above and beyond all expectations. Being in the real estate business, I know purchases are difficult, but she made every portion of the transaction very simple. For each question I had, she would be calling with the answer (as if she knew I I was going to contact her). The most important thing we noticed was her representation of us. We encountered a situation with the seller and HOA, in which an assessment was due. She negotiated with the seller agent and resolved the situation in our favor. I say she negotiated, but I don't think she really negotiated, she held her position and never gave. She saved us a considerable sum during escrow. I highly recommend working with her and I will be contacting her for our future real estate needs.

We truly lucked out with Sharon. She was always available and available via phone, text and email. We never felt pressured and she was always willing to show us homes and it made no difference whether it was a regular sale, short sale or foreclosure. As a matter of fact, I kept hearing that she was actually awesome at getting you short sale which is what we ended up purchases. And might I mention our offer went into contract in 1 day I believe and we pretty got approved in 2 weeks! Anyways, she's awesome and we couldn't have done it without her!
