I did as he asked, but then he took the offer and submitted it to the listing agent directly, bypassing me. I have many years experience in sales and loans and this client wouldn't listen to, consider, nor take my advice. I felt his loan representative wasn't as engaged as he could or needed to be, thus I requested he also get preapproved through a lender I know will get the job done, in case his lender didn't pull through.
