I recently sold a town-home that I had rented out as an investment property for some years. Alexandra helped manage the remodel of the place as she knew I could not handle the many visits and overseeing the contractors. Her decorator skills were quite valuable, as she guided me about such things as paint, tile, faucets, toilets, vanities, carpet, flooring, kitchen counters, etc. She was able to stage the house with a minimum amount of items because it was decorated so beautifully. She was diligent in making sure I understood each aspect of the process as well as of the contract. Her strategy of pricing it at market and letting people bid up worked well as we got $35,000 over asking price.
