Susy is a very sweet person, but I found my own property, I would look on Har daily and call susy when I wanted to see something. We had some issues at the end and I didn't feel like Susy stood up for me like she should have. But that is my opnion.

Thanks for sending your comments on my performance. We did definitely have some tense moments with the seller during all the closing delays. I think what I perceived as negotiating to keep the transaction alive may not have seemed that way to you. I was most concerned that you were able to move into the home you wanted before school starts. I hope you have many happy years there.

Although, I never meet Susy and I only work with her by phone but She very helpful and very nice on the phone. I trusted her eventhought I never see the property. I hope it turn out what we expected when we came out in July to see the house. If I need to buy or sell house in the future, I will look for Susy. She is a wonderful person. She response right away when I need her.
