I have been trying for quite some time to purchase a property in the florida, kissimmee area. As someone from outside the area and not to familar with the complete landscape Nancy used her local knowledge to advise me on general conditions. She pushed for me each time I made an offer. I bid on a number of property and a few fell through Nancy encouraged me and kept on looking. Se was very responsive I could call her at almost anytime and she responded both via telephone and email. She searched until she found something that completely meet my stated need. It was exactly what I was looking for, when I was a little fustratd with the process and disappointment she encouraged me and boy was I glad. when my bid was accepted she assisted and advised on all the other professionals I would need and to manage the property and how to start re insurance, utilities connection etc. All the above and I never physically met the persons she was the angel I never met but constantly there to support and guide. I got a great property and it was directly through the guiding hand and expert knowledge and excellent customer service provided by Nancy. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking to purchas property in that area, and if and when I am ready to go again I will surly be calling upon her services.

We can't say enough about Nancy Uhlman, she worked with us on finding a home in Florida for a year and a half. She never complained about all the homes we looked at.
