Lee is great. We worked with him to buy our first house in Cambridge. He was patient, responsive, and was a great source of real estate knowledge. Lee’s background as a contractor was extremely useful – helping spot construction problems we wanted to avoid and suggesting areas we could (and couldn't) do additional work on after the house was bought.
