I truly enjoyed finding owners for these "houses" and seeing them become actual homes with families and individuals who loved them. It made all the hours I'd spent poring over design books, blueprints, and arguing with contractors to make sure every detail was something special absolutely worth it!


I've never come across a house that didn't evoke some kind of feeling for me. Whether I'd built it myself or not, an empty home is a lonely home waiting for life. I found I was more content working with the people and their individual needs to find the right home for them than trying to find the right cabinets for the house I was constructing.


Every home has a quirk and some need a little polishing to reveal the diamond in the rough. I have a great knack of looking past the unusual paint colors and somewhat outdated building materials to see a home at its true potential. While I do still enjoy new construction I most enthusiastically help sellers prepare their homes for sale by giving them a fresh eye on what most needs to be touched up to make their home the most desirable it can be to buyers!
