Mark was more than we could hope for in an agent!! Even when we were just 'looking and not really committed to buying yet' he always immediately responded to our requests to view a property. Mark was always there well before the scheduled meeting time and was completely prepared and knowledgeable about the property and the area. He exceeded our expectations on every level and we are very pleased with our new home. His patience and professionalism was above reproach.

I have been working with Mark for over a year and a half. In that time he has sent me at least 2 to 3 listings every week, of homes that I was interested in. He has never pressured me to buy any of them until I was ready. He has always answered the phone when I have called him and answered any questions I have had, he even went out to homes to take additional pictures for me to view. This is the first time I ever bought a home on the internet and Mark was a great broker that helped me through it all.

Mark found exactly what I was looking for in Anthem- I described the floor plan we wanted and he found the only one like it for sale.
That took knowing the constantly changing real estate computer system and market, and a strong willingness to give me what we wanted instead of what he thought I needed.
