Tia was amazing. Words can't express how wonderful she is.I am a 30 years single person and a first time home buyers .Tia took her time explaining the whole home buying process too me .She made sure I stayed in my budget and she knew what was best for me. I moved in my new house and days later my hot water heater went out . My first thought was it's my house and my problem. However, I called Tia she explain I had the home warranty and she contact the seller. Two days later I receive a new hot water at no extra charge . Thanks Tia for Everything .
