Several months ago I had phone contact with Pat. I live in Northern CA and told her I needed her help in finding a condo for my son and his wife in Imperial Beach. She was relentless in the search and follow through. She went "beyond the call of duty" to see that necessary repairs were made and we were finally able to close even though we were out of the county by the close. Our son and his wife are settled in a 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo in a desirable area of IB. Thank you Pat!

We recently bought a lovely 4 bdrm 2 bath with everything we were looking for in a home! Pat actually found the home for us, I had missed it on the MLS... We almost missed out on our dream home if it weren't for her! She took a look at our previous home and saw what we had and asked what we wanted and then went out to find it! We have been house hunting since 2007 off and on. She found the perfect home for us in just 2 weeks and two trips out to showings.
Pat stuck with us through the entire process. She answered every phone call promptly and advocated for us every step of the way! It almost seemed too good to be true how smoothly the process went with everything from the finding the house we love, to the loan processing, to the closing of escrow. She also made sure that the sellers left the items that were in the contract and thoroughly walked through the home to check if anything was needed. Thanks so much Pat! Highly recommended!

Oh the adventures that Pat and I have been through over the last 9 months. We finally closed on our home last night and while it's a relief that it's finally over I'll be sad that we won't be house hunting with Pat anymore.
She's positive, realistic, and very honest. She always kept my family in her thoughts when taking us to various homes around the south bay and was honest when a house just didn't fit our needs. I'm pretty sure we've seen close to 100 homes, no kidding, and she never complained one bit.
Near the end of our journey, the situation with the sellers got kinda interesting to say it nicely but she was able to resolve all the issues without incident.
I'd highly recommend Pat to anyone and everyone.
Great job Pat! I'll miss you. =)

Buying this short sale property was a very long waiting pain to start with as far as our experience went. Many times we almost gave up waiting. But, there was Patricia Crisafulli our agent. She gives great customer service. She is a professional lady, very pleasant, patient, returned our calls quickly, has a great sense of humor and kept us updated through the process.
