Rona is both a wonderful person as well as an wonderful agent! She listens and understands my needs, and based on that going through all homes available patiently with me. She also have wonderful network of people in her list, the loan officer Jeff I end up using is from Rona's recommended list even though I have my own loan officer before.
I worked with Rona for only a few weeks, and I find and get the home I really liked (in fact I never think I can afford this home when I first look at it). before that I have worked with another agent for about a year and give out 6 offers and didn't get one.
I really enjoy the time working with Rona, and I highly recommend Rona for any serious home buyers.

Rona is an amazingly hard working, attentive, responsive agent. I'm glad I had her to bat for me. The Palo Alto market is VERY hard for buyers with over-bidding, multiple bids in the 10-20s, and seller's market. On our one and ONLY contract we wrote, we not only WON the bid, but BOUGHT the house. Rona's persistence and working with, as well as training, the selling agent really made the deal.
I would work with Rona again on my next house purchase, and highly recommend her for anyone else in the housing market - whether selling or buying. Her tie-ins with communities allows many contacts for referrals, too.

Rona was completely helpful and proactive in helping us with our house hunt. The only reason for our dissatisfaction is the failure in making sure that we receive the zip realty rebate. We have been left stranded with the zip realty and the mortgage co representative tossing our concerns from one side to another.

Rona listens to your needs and provides her expertise in a professional manner; she did not pressure us to decide quickly and took us to the places we liked multiple times. But most importantly, she stood up for us, voiced our concerns with concise and professional diction, and negotiated confidently. We would recommend Rona to anyone! Some agents would consistently take clients house after house after house and perhaps view over 100 of them; with us, we appreciated being encouraged to go see some of the places during open house ourselves and if it interested us, we would then call Rona and go look at it together again. Rona has many clients, but if that's what you wanted to do, I'm sure she would make time - but we preferred to also look ourselves, and it worked out great for us.
