I moved to Austin back in 1990 as a freshman to the University of Texas at Austin. While I have spent a couple of years away on sabbatical every now and then I have always considered Austin my home. I got into Commercial Real Estate in 2001 then left that firm to pursue a culinary itch at a high-end restaurant in Taos, New Mexico.
