Lynne really knows her stuff! She directed us through the various technicalities and stresses without fail, and always alerted us to the next step. And this is AFTER I insisted that I didn't want a Buyer's agent and would use my own bank and vendors! Well, I ended up very grateful for Lynne's reference to her tried and true trusted vendors, who saved the contract my vendors nearly ruined for us. Lynne is a gifted woman, professionally and personally. She was able to recognize and work with my own strengths and weaknesses, and guide us through the necessarily complicated process of transferring property ownership. Whether buying or selling, we will return to Lynne for the benefit of her skills and personality!

Lynne is definitely the best agent I have ever worked with. She was diligent and prompt to react, not to mention always providing useful information or update by phone or email. I would definitely recommand her to anybody else

I had been through 3 other agents, and Lynn was the first one to show me properties that were within my budget and with the amenities I wanted. She was very helpful and not the slightest bit pushy. I would defenitly recommend her to friends looking for homes.
