Please have your agents recognize that not all customers carry the latest tech phones or do not know how to receive their emails when not in the office or home. I asked a couple of times to be contacted on my cell when we were at our lake home and that did not happen. I would find urgent emails when I returned on Monday.

Lack of Communication, no effort put forth on anything, she could,not even be bothered to deliver the keys to our new house, I had to get them out of the electrical box. Didn't help with anything, it got so bad that I stared to contact the listing agent for progress updates.
