tommy was our agent, our guide, our ally and our friend from the get go. At no time did we feel that we were just customers to cater to. He never tried to sell us a condo or to lead us to one. He got to know myself and my wife and helped us get into a condo that would work for us. Sometimes I'm sure it was difficult in light of our short stay in Las Vegas (we came to look at Condos from Washington state). The first time we only had one late afternoon to look. Fortunately we had built up a relationship by phone prior to our arrival so we went right to places that filled our needs. He showed us so much about lasVegs and made sure that we knew about safe areas. He answered and returned every call and helped us with every problem. When we were making decisions he gave us privacy and told us to take time before deciding. He told us about problems and made sure that they were taken into account. Tommy was way more than just an agent. he called to make sure our drive was going well. He showed us placed to shop and answered so many questions and never let on that he had other clients to care for. In short he is one in a million and my wife and I are so glad that we got him for an agent and are really proud to know him. And all that from just answering a ZipRealty add. ad. fortun
