Martha was a delight to work with. I had a very short time to find a home across country. She helped me prepare for the visit through the Zip website and made additional recommentations when I arrived. She dedicated blocks to time each day I was available and not only showed me homes, but the neighborhoods, amenities, gym, etc. Ralph was very helpful with construction and technical knowledge. Showings were relaxed, informative, even fun. I was pleased to purchase a house within four days. After I returned home, Martha made all arrangements for inspections and worked with the seller's agent, loan officer, and lawyer on my behalf. She made recommendations for various services and gave me contact information for utilities. I trusted her enough to give her power of attorney so she could attend the closing thereby saving me an extra trip to Virginia. Upon arrival at the new home, we learned that she had already acted as our advocate with the utilities company. I am grateful for Martha's assistance and would recommend her without reservation.

Martha was good to work with and was always accommodating through out the process of looking for a home and preparing an offer and providing information for mortgage companies. She represents ZIP Realty well. She needs to work on dealing with different people who have different experiences with buying a home; that is, first time buyer vs. older people who have brought a home in the past. She needs to get away from the textbook responses, as a one size fits all. Her response to questions were often given from a persective of a realtor who just finished a class, and often she didn't answer the question, or she discussed issue not related to the question. Overall, I enjoyed working with her, she has a warm and welcoming personality fit for this business. I appreciate everything she did for me.
