I couldn't ask for a better realtor! Bernard was very informational and had my best interest at heart. I'll recommend him to anyone I know in the market for a new home. Hiring Bernard as my agent for the first time seemed like he was working for me for years. He made it a comfortable, less stressful experience in purchasing my home. This was our second investment property purchase with Bernard as our agent. The house was a short sale, meaning you have to be in it for the long hall, contract written in July, closed December 27th. Bernard kept the communication lines open between the seller's agent, bank and us. Thanks again Bernard for the excellent job and we look forward to doing business with you again.
