"I'll admit that I was a little skeptical when first introduced to Ella because she was both a referral from the original agent we were working with and she's also younger than me so I wasn't sure what her experience would be. But I can say that her age makes for her best asset as a realtor. She's absolutely energized, motivated, and 110% committed to providing quality service. She's also aggressive and wouldn't let the seller's agent bully us around. This was my first purchase and I had no idea how aggressive the world of real estate was. Ella knows how to play.I purchased a place that already had an all cash offer and Ella was able to negotiate a window for us to make a counter offer. And when the seller's agent refused to make concessions for repairs, Ella was diligently, and meticulously following up with him until all our desired repairs were made.
