Well, where should I begin! Susan is just AMAZING! She is totally pro-client. My experience with her has been outstanding. Susan is awesome, she makes things work so seamlessly. It went throught a lot of stuff but her guidance and approach made it all possible. Very down to earth but her experience and knowledge on matters she as has clinical precision going though the paper works like a surgeon! Over a period of months Susan patiently guided us through purchasing a house through the difficult short sale process. We failed several times but Susan helped us start over each time. We finally succeeded and took possession of a house in mid-March. Susan was the single best real estate agent I have EVER had the opportunity to work with. I am an Air Force member, and I was moving to California to change assignments. I saw a property on line that I liked, and called Susan's number. I explained to her that I was firing my first agent, because she wasn't responsive, and I told Susan that I needed a motivated, interested and involved real estate agent, because I was not able to fly out to view every property I saw. Susan took the ball and ran! She quickly ascertained my interests and needs, and provided me with lots of information on every house available in the area that I needed to live. I quickly learned not just to trust her, but that I could rely on her good judgment and intuition. I can say that on everything I asked her to forecast for me, she was spot on correct. Susan's herculean work put my family into a beautiful house, under a short sale, in what has to be record time. Susan was on the job for me almost 24 hours a day! She always took my calls, and returned messages promptly! She was smart and saavy about the local market, and could forecast what would happen next. She also hung on to every twist and turn in our purchase like a bull dog! She took personal responsibility to work with the USAA loan officer, and the title company, to ensure a smooth closing. She was incredible!! Please call me and let me describe the details of my circumstances and exactly how much Susan helped me out, because that is how I view what she did, she didn't just find me a home, she helped me and my family navigate a very risky and unusual housing market.
