Leslie was extremely knowledgeable about the entire home buying process from the seemingly endless searches to the costs and fees associated with the purchase. Leslie has the eye of a home inspector in that she recognized concerns to note and potential problems with the property or the neighborhood. She also provided information of potential repairs and estimated costs. Leslie also reviewed the documents and contracts for accuracy and comparable fees and charges. She was very attentive, extremely patient, and always prompt! I could not have had a better experience.

Leslie is without a doubt the most knowledgable realtor we have ever met. If we had a question about anything about the buying process, the neighborhood, appliances in the home, condition of the roof. She had the answer and if she didn't, she got back to us with hours with the answers. She listens to what your saying and is extremely patient. She never made us feel rushed. Because of Leslie and her honest advise, we bought a home that we truly love. We can't say enough about her, she will be a joy to work with . Leslie is a very professional, very responsive, very nice agent.
She helped us to finish the purchase of a house in the Charles Village area in Baltimore.
She knows a lot of background knowledge and the neighborhood around our interest area. She also showed her strong background for all the feature of house with different ages. She gave us lots of valuable suggestions.
She has lot of patient, she had showed more than ten listing house in this area, and help us make more than 5 offers. For one particular house, we decided to retract the offer after the home inspection; she helped us to get the security deposit back. She never pushed us and always stood on our side to do the negotiation work.
She also has a good sense of the value of the property. She is also very detail, for every house she showed to us, she could point out something we need to pay attention but we hadn’t realized before.
Once our offer had been accepted, we met with some difficulties with our mortgage. She helped us to find a new lender who finally worked for us and gave us a lot of suggestions to figure out everything. She also even sent her grass guy to take care of our yard, since the house has sit there for the whole spring and there are lots of weeds in the yard.
We have learned so many things from her during the whole purchase process.
We strongly recommend her to every house buyer.

My goodness, I'm singing Leslie's praises. Leslie made this whole transition easy for me. My biggest fear was trust with a realtor and Leslie was very honest, even when things weren't going my way-she let me know up front where things were going with contracts. I couldn't have asked for a better person. She also took time out of her schedule to help with painting and other touch ups so that the process went smooth.
