I found the property online and contacted Rosalie from the information that was listed on the website. She called back right away and I asked her if she had any more pictures of the property. There were no other pics so she went out later that day and took pics with her phone and texted them to me. As this was a bank owned property closing on it became rather difficult but Rosalie helped us over every bump we encountered by staying in constant touch with the title company and always following up. She went above and beyond for us! Great job!

Rosalie had her schedule clear and was totally devoted to finding the house that met all our requirements. We did find such a home in a matter of days with her help. She quickly spotted problems in other homes and was good at analyzing the pros and cons of each option. She was very upfront and honest about all information.
