Kim Duong is the Best R.E Agent I've ever worked with and I've bought many homes and investment properties in the past. I really enjoyed working with her because: 1. She's fun to work with 2. She's very responsive 3. She's professional 4. She's very trustworthy 4. She's great in negotiating 5. She's experience in a way that the previous buyer fell through because they asked for a credit and seller refused. However, when Kim asked for the credit, the seller granted us the credit. Overall, she's the type of agent that goes above and beyond for you and would do everything possible for your best interests!! She's really is the Best Person and Agent I've ever encounter!!

Kim is very professional, courteous, and prompt. It's been a lengthy process for my home purchase as I'd been looking on-and-off since 2009. Kim stayed in contact with me (with just the right timing/frequency/content) the whole time to ask about my home hunting and let me know that she still remembers me and is ready to help me any time if I have a need.
