Carla is the best! As first time home buyers, she helped my husband and I with all of our questions and was great at checking up with us to make sure we were understanding what was going on. She helped us figure out what was most important to us and was patient with us as we looked at many homes. Carla is very personable and always had our best interest in mind. She helped us find the home we are in now and we couldn't be happier! I will be referring her to all of my friends when they begin the home buying process as well!

Being a ''first time home buyer'' is a very challenging task. Carla was very very patient with us and she understood what we were looking for in a home. Carla was successful in helping us find the home we were looking for. It was tough finding our dream home but Carla was with us every step of the way. All that we didn't know about buying a home, we were able to learn as went went further along into the process. Arm yourself with knowledge (do your homework) and if you don't know the answer, ask plenty of questions.

Carla was exceptional at helping me understand the process and was great at answering all my questions. Carla made me feel like I was her only client and that my home buying experience was impotent to her. If I ever need to buy or sell again, I would absolutely want Carla to represent me. I have told everyone I know about how awesome my experience with Carla and Zip Realty has been. I only wish she could have handled the selling side of this process as dealing with Bryan Wasser from the Waser group was a nightmare and wouldn't wish them on my worst enemy. I know the whole process would have been smooth sailing had Carla been on charge. I extend my gratitude and appreciation for all her help in buying my new home.
