bill was great in communicating with us. I felt his aggression needed to but a bit more veracious in the beginning of our search. We had to drive the ship until i had a talk with him, after we found a house we really wanted. Forecloses are a tough animal to catch. Other than that top notch guy.

I was completely satisfied with Bill's service. I purchased a short sale property so things got "stressfull" at times to say the least. Bill's professionalism and follow through made what could have been a terrible experience bearable. I would recommend Bill to anyone looking for a home. He truly cares about his clients and takes whatever steps necessary to ensure the most seemless transactions possible. Bill was excellent to my entire family, and was extremely patient and persistent on helping us in any way shape or form. We had seen a house that had very bad mold coming out of the walls and was concerned immediately for the safety of our 1 year old son.
