My husband and I were very interested in selling our house quickly but we did not wish to "give it away". Kathy met with me, understood what we wanted and accomplished our goals completely. She obviously knew the market. She lisated the house to sell. We had a lot of lookers and sold the house in 90 days. We only had two offers in this buyer's market in the 90 day period but with the interest in the house, i knew we had it priced in the right range. Kudos to Kathy. A very good experience. I think Kathy was awesome!!! She helped me out so much, because I was new to Texas and alone, my wife came later. Kathy helped me pick out the perfect house, and that's without having my wife here.Let me tell you that's not an easy thing to do. Once we figured out what I was looking for we got the ball rolling and before I knew it I had a house.
