"How can you describe the perfect house to your realtor when you are buying over the internet? The realtor must be as intuitive as Beth is. My husband and I are delighted. We are empty nesters, yet our children, grandchildren, parents, siblings, cousins and friends visit. We wanted a home not too large not too small with land and trees and close to all of the amenities in the city as well as the bay. Beth took the time to understand what each of us wanted in a house and to look at every house we asked her to. When this house was found, she immediately arranged to look at the house, took a myriad of photos, then called to let us know that it seemed to be what both of us wanted in a house.
