Couldn't ask for a better person to deal with. Returns your calls in a timely manner. Treats you like you are his only client. Sends you everthing you need to make your decision. Doesn't take NO for an answer when he is negotiating on your behalf. Will continue to use him in the future to sell and buy my homes.

I lost my dream house because he missed the counter offer. We were both aware that it was coming soon and that there was another offer. He missed it, so we didn't respond in time, and now my dream home is gone. He was irresponsible, and I hope that you don't give him a chance to ruin your dreams too.
