There is not enough stars here to rate the impeccable service I received from Mr. Ortiz. He listed my house for sale and within 2 months I had a viable offer and was under contract. He was reasonable and honest in communicating what it would take to sell my property in terms of market price and location. He explained thoroughly what to expect at each step of the process. He thinks outside the box and plans and executed the sale seamlessly. Mr. Ortiz has gone above and beyond the call of duty on this sale. It was not an easy sale but he maintained composure and remained professional through it all. He his definitely the man to sell your home. He has the tenacity for it.
