Fred is a true professional with high work ethics. We saw this condo on his link on one Sunday morning and we requested a showing the same day. Although Sunday after noon and I am sure had prior engagement, but he met us and showed that place to us. We put an offer a couple of days later and he stayed in close contact with us through the whole transaction and gave us helpful hint and advise. I definitely go back to him in the future

It was a pleasure to work with Fred. He is extremely knowledgeable about the Denver metro area. Being new to Denver, it was great to have Fred's knowledge of the area and assistance in locating the perfect area of town for us.
