As a first time buyer, Fred helped a lot. He was very responsive and very available. We went all over the East part of the Denver metro area checking out houses. All along he was very knowledgable about the best houses possible.

Fred is a true professional with high work ethics. We saw this condo on his link on one Sunday morning and we requested a showing the same day. Although Sunday after noon and I am sure had prior engagement, but he met us and showed that place to us. We put an offer a couple of days later and he stayed in close contact with us through the whole transaction and gave us helpful hint and advise. I definitely go back to him in the future
