Through Bill we bought two houses in Vegas. We live in southern california and we can't go to view the properties much of the time. So Bill became our eyes during the time of finding property. Bill will go to the houses, take lots of pictures and send to us before we decide of whether to put an offer. Our second house was accepeted last summer, at the time all the properties were having multiple offers and bidding wars. Bill were always very patient and continently viewing and taking pictures of another house after the offer got rejected each time. After several attempts, one of our offer was accepted.
