We started our search in April and ended up purchasing our home in December. We were very happy with the service we received from Bill. Bill helped us navigate through the home inspection and negotiate several important repairs. He also explained the process and made us feel comfortable every step of the way.

From beginning to end, working with Bill was fantastic. He was always ready to lend his vast amount of knowledge and experience - yet always kept our wants and needs forefront. He was always patient and thorough, and incredibly flexible to our needs and work schedules. (Two working parents of toddlers) We saw no less than 3 dozen properties, many of which we visited multiple times - Bill was always accommodating, attentive, and helpful. Bill is a terrific agent. He is patient, flexible, and unflappable - real assets in the house hunting process that can be long, uncertain, and stressful. He is highly responsive, and regularly made me feel that my house hunting and interests were priorities for him. He educated me (a first time home buyer) and listened closely to my needs.
