He guided me through the entire process of purchasing my new home and even assisted by recommending an attorney to represent me and he also put me in touch with the mortgage company who funded my loan. Absolutely perfect in everyway possible. Always on time and on the ball with everything. Very informative on steps we needed to take and also with after the purchase was made!!! What an Amazing guy! Did everything I asked of him plus some!!! His professionalism is without a doubt un-questionable. Very prompt with times and showings. Working with Russ has made the difficult experience of buying our first home so positive. He has been so helpful, patient and kind through out the entire process. I had the pleasure of having Russ as my realtor for my first home purchase. Russ was very helpful, I explained that this was my first time looking and he told me that I was the type of customer he liked the most. I liked that Russ understood how new I was to the process and was patient and willing to explain anything I didn't understand. I enjoy having him as a realtor because I know that at any point I can go to him with a question and he is ready and willing to help. Every step of the way, Russ was available to me and quick to respond to all inquirires. It felt more like dealing with a friend, which I truly appreciate! Russ is wonderful!!! Unlike other realtors he is not pushy with viewing, critiquing or putting in offers. Very friendly and willing to go to any home, any where no matter the short time frame to arrange a viewing or the amount of time to travel from house to house.
He has wonderful patience in dealing with us as first time home buyers. Offers great suggestions and works well with specifications. Works well under pressure when GPS fails and decisions are made to cancel specific viewings last minute.
We highly recommend Russ to anyone!! Very professional!!

As a first time home buyer, naturally, nervous feelings, and confusion kicks in. Russ has made it an ease for me and was very helpfull with the many questions that were produced to him. Russ was very good to work with. However zip realty did not honor their part of our agreement that said I would get a rebate from my purchase price if I used a zip realty agent. Russ told me the rebate program had been discontinued, this was after the contract was signed. This makes me think is either a scam or very bad business practice. For this reason I would not recommend using zip realty

Russ did not provide the service that is expected by anyone. When the apartment was appraised incorrectly, he did not help to remedy that, nor did help in the renegotiation of the price. He was not present for the appraisal to offer comps so that this situation could have been avoided. Other realtors would have done their job. I will tell everyone I know to NOT use Zip realty.
