I tried to contact this agent about a property that's showing as for sale or for rent. The response I got was simply "not my listing, I don't have any info on that property". uhh okay?? I did let her know that she was the agent that Zip realty had assigned to us but I guess she's not interested?? On to the next one.

Anna-Marie is an excellent Realtor. She was very professional, yet has a very friendly and relaxed manner that puts one at ease. She anticipated many of my questions, and steered me through the entire process in a very proficient and knowledgeable manner. I would highly recommend her to anyone without any reservations!!

Anna-Marie worked tirelessly to make sure it was possible for me to find and close on a home within the time constraints of the Stimulus package to ensure I received the first-time home owner credit. When I learned that I would have to go with another rep on a property that Anna-Marie hadn't shown me, I chose to pass on that property to ensure that Anna-Marie would be represent me. This would not have been the case if she were not a consummate professional and genuinely out to serve and protect my interests in the process. I highly recommend Anna-Marie and will most assuredly work with her again on future purchases.
