Marlene is an exceptional real estate agent. She is professional, responsive, trustworthy and dedicated. She is also very personable and easy to work with. She communicates very well, pays attention to details, and you know that she really cares about you and is looking out for your interests. I really can't say enough good things about her. Marlene was our initial Zip agent who showed us properties in San Diego when we first thought we were going to relocate there. We ended up not being able to live that far south beause of our job locations. She was an excellent Zip agent who took us out looking at properties numerous times. Her insight and advice was very valuable during the beginning of our house hunting process. The only reason we were not able to continue with Marlene was simply the location change. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for property in San Diego county.
