In the beginnig she was great, on top of everything, and always willing to explian things to me. By the end of it all she completely dropped the ball. She told me to get a home inspection done as soon as I could, but she failed to tell me that the utilties needed to be on. Being a first time home buyer I didnt know this info. Many times my calls and emails went unanswered. My loan officer ended up answering most of my questions. She was late to my closing. Also, when I asked her about the neighborhood covenants and key to the mailbox, her response was The HOA will see you move in and come greet you and give you all the information you need I contacted the HOA and was informed that I should have been given the covenant agreement and key to the mailbox at closing (which I did not).
