My dad is a retired Realtor/builder and I worked for him typing contracts and holding open houses while I was still in high school. I love this city and the diversity of the people and the homes here. Atlanta still has plenty of parks and green spaces, but it also has wonderful urban areas with great art galleries, theaters, and restaurants.
