After having attempted to seek, find and purchase a home with another realtor with a different agency and not being treated with the dignity, respect, professionalism and overall excellent service and attentiveness I received from Elsa Ferreira and ZIP Realty - all that needs to be said is that if Elsa Ferreira is a true representation of the type of real estate company that ZIP is - then there is no better place to go. Due to the amazing service extended to me by Ms. Ferreira - I not only found an excellent home for myself and daughter but it was a smooth, pleasant, and happy experience throughout. My needs, interests and expectations could not have been better addressed.
