Joe Landry did an excellent job in working with me. This was the 2nd home that I purchased with Joe as my agent. He helped me go through another long process of closing this home but his knowledge allowed me to achieve my goal in finding a house that met my needs and desires. Joe was always attentive and available to me at a moment’s notice, and went above and beyond to do things other real estate agents wouldn’t think of doing. His knowledge of the home buying process and expertise in what areas of certain towns to search is great. His attention to detail even saved me $4000 at closing when Joe noticed a mistake by the seller’s agent who didn’t include a closing cost credit that I was supposed to receive. I can’t say enough good things about Joe. I would defiantly recommend him to any of my friends or family members looking to buy a home. Thanks for everything again Joe and I hope we can work together again when I chose to buy another home someday.

Joe did a great job in helping me with my first home buying process. It took months of searching for the right house for me, but Joe had patients, and with his advice and knowledge he helped me chose what I think is a great house. He was very knowledgeable about the area and about the process of bidding and closing on the house. I would definitely choose Joe to help me again in the future if and when I am ready to buy again. Joe was great! We talked about the different things we wanted in our first home and the list was long and seemingly impossible to find in one house. Joe took the initiative to look for us in an area that we never considered because we knew we couldn't afford it. He found a house that met all of our criteria and exceeded the expectations of what we thought we'd find in the greater Boston area. He absolutely deserves the credit for our home purchase because we never would have imagined searching in the area where we just bought our home.
