At first I was annoyed with Jessica because things were moving so fast my head was spinning and and I felt I needed to verify everything she said. I'm from the North East and we use lawyers, and verify everything. Once I realized that I could trust Jessica everything went smooth. I was so amazed that Jessica does everything a lawyer does in my home state. so I saved a lot of money. I am very pleased with Jessica. I have my house and everything is great. I got my house very quickly. I am very satisfied with Jessica's services and will use her services again.

Very knowledgeable and very helpful. Was able to walk me through the process since I was unaware of the how everything worked since I was a first time buyer and purchased a fourplex as opposed to a traditional home. Will use her assistance next time we are in the market to purchase.
