I rely on Grant's expertise and knowledge in the selection and closing of rental properties. In addition Grant's commitment to the process ensures that he makes me aware of any steps/items that I may have forgotten and helps me close the deal accurately and efficiently. Since I travel a lot, Grant has also been kind enough to attend several on-site meetings as my representative when I have not bean available to participate directly. I always get a good debriefing of the meeting and feel I am fully involved in the process.

Grant was an exceptional realtor in helping to close our recent transaction. He stayed on top of all the issues and kept me fully informed throughout the process. This is my 10th property purchase and I fully expect to use Grant for my next acquisition.
