Joyce came to us highly recomended by our son and daughter in law, who were highly impressed by her abilities when they bought their home a few years ago. We are retired and recently relocated to California and wanted to live near the kids. Joyce was not only highly professional but so gracious to us, and helped us through what can be a very stressful process (short sale). Not only did she find us the perfect house, but also managed to meet our price point (particularly challenging due to our limited income as retirees).
