Me n my family are so happy and lucky to find realtor Sean. We r the first time home buyer, we dont really know about real estate. In the very begining, we used to have one realtor to help us look for house. But he is not responsible at all, it took us more than one year and didnt get any house. We just feel like wasting time. Until we found Sean, he let us see the light of our first house. He is so professional, reliable and responsible. He keeps updating the new house on the market for us until we found the one that we want. Everytime he explain so detail and clear about the documents which we need to sign. i forgot how many hours we talked about the documents on phone. But he is never impatient. He said help us to find a house is his goal, he will never give up until we buy our first house. Finally we made it. Sean help us to move a big step. We got our first house. We are so appreciate how much effort and time he put on it. I think he is one of the top and best realtor in bay area. And i'd like to refer him to anyone who wants to buy or sell property.

I remember the day before I gave the offer to the seller, I requested Sean to show the house to me again but it is 9:30pm.He has no doubt and answer me it is ok,and immediately went to the house showing every details of the house before my decision.
