We originally started working with Jayne in May 2011. Sadly, our financing didn't go through and my credit was too poor to qualify for the home loan so this stopped us dead in our tracks. We repaired the credit and was able to resume our search in January 2013 and contacted Jayne immediately, she had a list of homes the next day for us to review. During the in between time, we received emails from Jayne just checking on us, she remembered what we were looking for in a home from the earlier time which told us she keeps track of her clients and this we appreciated, and knew that we didn't want to work with any other Real Estate Agent but her. Jayne is kind, compassionate and NEVER PUSHY or put out. Jayne is a true professional, her communication was always right on or one step ahead of us, she explained everything throughly and if she didn't know, she got the answer and got it right back to us, honestly, when she said she was going to do something or get back to us, she did. She is extremely easy to get along with and we never once felt like we had to hurry and find any old house so she could move on due to her busy schedule, it kinda felt like we were her only clients (which we know wasn't the case), she was willing to continue the search for us until we found what we were looking for. I thoroughly enjoyed working with and getting to now her. We closed in March 2013 and it was a very happy time for us. We are very satisfied with Jayne and the staff at Long Realty Company and would hands down recommend them. We look forward to a continued friendship with Jayne.

If you are looking for a professional real estate agent in the Pima County, AZ, area, than you can not do any better than Jayne English, she is one in a million. Being 2000 miles away I had my worries, but Jayne made it feel like I was just across town. She asked me what I was looking for in location,home and price and never tried to change my mind just to sell a house. Jayne is very knowledgeable of the Pima County area which made things a lot easier. Another worry I had was lack of communication due to distance between us. Jayne put that worry to rest immediately, I started receiving listings from her the next day, and it continued with 3-4 weekly. When I finally went to Tucson to meet Jayne and look at some houses Jayne was ready and while looking at the houses she did not try to rush me at all, she even helped by pointing out certain things that I would have never thought of.
