I've dealt with multiple realtors before working with Jen and in comparison she completely blew them out of the water. Her knowledge showed from the very beginning. The willingness to make sure every step was understood was appreciated. Every informational request had been answered the same day 90 percent of the time and always easy to understand. Jen is a wonderful realtor! We bought a house wit her and now sold it with her as well. She helps with everything and anything you ask her to, she almost always answers the phone and if not she call back with in 10 minutes. She reminded us of everything we had to do for the move. Advised us and guided us step by step through everything. She always gets the job done with a smile.

Jen is such a wonderful agent! i have dealt with other agents in the past and had never received such excellent service! she would always return promptly to us if did not answer, took care of everything in a timely manner, always smiling and telling us everything she knew about any property we looked at, was very patient through out the process even when we were not sure of the type of house or price we wanted, for 6 months she walked us through everything. At closing, there was a huge drama just before and almost did not go to closing because of my name change, she did not tell us a word about it, she made sure everything was dealt with and done and that we were calm and happy. When we first met with Jen, I was impressed that she'd come prepared. That spoke of her professionalism and knowledge of the local market. More important was her personal integrity, demonstrated over the course of the year she waited for us to decide to proceed with a sale, then in the interactions involved in making that decision a reality and a success. To deal with our sale, she had to deal with a family settling an estate so negotiations and diplomacy were require not just with the buyers and their agents, but with the sellers. Jen handled it all with grace, style, commitment, professionalism and humor. I highly recommend her, whether you are buying or selling.
