As a first-time buyer, I very much appreciated Rosita's help in terms of explaining to me all the different real estate terminology involved in finding/purchasing a home, as well as the nuts and bolts of the complicated loan process. She was patient, positive, and persistent in the most professional way, in trying to find a property that suited me, and worked tirelessly with me for several years.
